Julie

Class Instructor

Julie joined the Beach Bodies instructor team in June of 2020. She has been an AFAA-certified group fitness instructor since 2015 and has had the pleasure of teaching a wide variety of fitness classes at several gyms in Brevard County. Her favorite formats to teach are strength training, dance, pilates, and yoga.


Julie’s passion for group fitness blossomed at the age of 12 when she began attending step aerobics classes with her mom. She quickly fell in love with the sense of community, accountability, and motivation that group fitness has to offer. Her teaching style pays homage to the many amazing instructor mentors she has learned from over the years. Julie meticulously plans each of her classes to provide a fun and effective fitness experience. She enjoys fostering relationships with her class participants and being a part of their fitness journeys.


Julie has a doctorate degree from the Barry University School of Law and operated a small bakery business for nearly 10 years. When she’s not in the gym, Julie enjoys traveling, hiking, rock climbing, mountain biking, and acro yoga with her husband and son.

This low-impact strength training workout utilizes dumbbells to sculpt, tone, and strengthen the entire body. Bring a mat. Closed-toe shoes required.
