Vinyasa yoga focuses on matching breath with movement in a flow. It is more fast paced than beginner-style yoga. So, having a basic understanding of the standard yoga poses is very helpful.  The purpose is to build awareness, flexibility & balance. Great for releasing built up tension and anxiety in your body. Bring a mat & water. Blocks & straps can be helpful if needed. 


Tiffany's style of teaching is geared for intermediate yogis, incorporating yoga flows that require strength & stamina.
